Elaine Spillane - has over 25 years experience in the real estate business. After graduating from The Central London Polytechnic in the late 1970's, Elaine headed to San Francisco where she worked in commercial real estate specialising in the leasing, management, financial operations and day to day running of commercial office buildings, shopping centres and small hotels. Since returning to Ireland in the mid-nineties she has developed her own residential property port folio and has been actively involved in the holiday rental business. She set up Peninsula Properties in 2004.

Noel Spillane - has over 35 years experience in the construction industry and has worked on residential and commercial projects in Ireland, the UK, Germany and the US. He had his own successful construction business in San Francisco and has been busy developing projects and building properties in West Cork since his return here in 1995.

- project management
- maintenance contracts
